Step 1: Initial Consultation

We’ll start by meeting to discuss your goals, timeline, and expectations for the sale. During this conversation, I’ll walk you through comparable properties, talk through pricing strategies, and share recommendations for staging and presentation. You’ll also get a clear picture of the marketing plan and the entire process ahead so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 2: Pre-Listing Preparation

Before we go live, I’ll help you get your home ready for the market. This may include professional staging or decluttering, arranging for high-quality photography, video, and floor plans, and creating marketing materials that highlight your home’s best features. In some cases, we’ll also consider a pre-listing inspection to get ahead of potential issues and give buyers added confidence.

Step 3: Listing Launch

Once everything is in place, your home will officially hit the market. I’ll showcase it through the MLS and major real estate platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Homes.com, as well as through my own websites and marketing channels. Along with that, I’ll run a targeted social media campaign, email outreach, and agent-to-agent networking to get your home in front of the right buyers quickly.

Step 4: Showings and Feedback

With the listing live, buyers will begin touring your home through private showings and open houses. I’ll stay on top of feedback from every tour and keep you updated on how the market is responding. Every week, I’ll provide a full update on activity, feedback, and market conditions so you always know where things stand.
